You’re a talented Floor and Venue Manager and Supervisor looking for your next big challenge. You’ll have/be:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in a high-volume cocktail bar or fine dining restaurant
- Charming, friendly personality
- Proactive and hands-on leadership
- A team player and ready to lead by example
- The ability to lead and develop a young team of six or more staff
- Superior knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits and food service
- Understanding of KPIs, COGs and rostering
- Knowledge of Impos till system and Open Table reservation system
- Ability to work the floor and bar as needed – we are a 100% table service venue
- Ability to train staff – Baby Dragon conducts regular training sessions and you may be required to run some of these
- Ability to thrive under pressure – over 90% of our sales are from cocktails
- Maintain the high dragon standards that we’re known for
- Work with management team to develop Sequence of Service Standards
- Continue to maintain the high dragon standards that we’re known for
- Knowledge of Liquor and Liquor Licensing Act

You’re a master mixologist or talented Cocktail Bartender looking to distil their skills and experience into an exciting new career role. You’ll have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a high-volume cocktail environment
- Good knowledge of classic cocktails, beers, wines and spirits
- Creativity and imagination in developing your own outstanding cocktails
- Ability to lead a team and train junior bartenders to our high dragon standards
- Ability to jump onto the floor and assist the floor staff if necessary
- Ability to thrive under pressure – over 90% of our beverage sales are from cocktails
- A charming, friendly personality
- A passion for mixology, spirits and beverage knowledge

- A minimum of 6 months experience (however if you have less and you’re the right fit for us, we’ll train you)
- A vibrant, friendly personality
- A real team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Cool as a cucumber under pressure in a busy, high-volume cocktail bar
- A real fire in your belly – you’ll have the desire to learn and grow. Baby Dragon conducts regular training sessions to help you develop your skills and knowledge

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen
- A current food safety certificate
- Good knowledge of food safety, stock control and stock rotation
- The ability to create your own dishes that will enhance our customer experience
- Demonstrate pride and confidence in the dishes you’re preparing
- Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness
- Able to work alone without supervision
- Can take instruction from management and owners
- A team player with a positive, friendly attitude
- A passion and appreciation for great food and an incredible dining experience
